Refund Policy

At Portable Smart Humidifier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your Portable Smart Humidifier, we offer a straightforward return process.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to support@portablesmarthumidifier.com within the 30-day return window. Please include your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive RMA Number: Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not send your item back without an RMA number, as it may delay or prevent your refund.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts. Clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Item: Ship the item back to the address provided with your RMA instructions.
3. Refund Method and Timeline
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to be posted to your account.
4. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:
- Hygiene Products: Due to health and safety regulations, items like nebulizers, once opened and used, are considered hygiene products and cannot be returned unless they are defective upon arrival.
- Personalized Items: Products that have been customized or personalized.
- Clearance or Final Sale Items: Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance" are not eligible for return or refund.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@portablesmarthumidifier.com within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the damage/defect. We will offer you a free replacement or a full refund, including any original shipping costs, once the damage/defect is verified. We may provide a pre-paid return label for the damaged/defective item if a return is required.
7. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@portablesmarthumidifier.com, and we will guide you through the process.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
