1. Shipping Costs
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
3. Domestic Shipping
For orders shipped within the United States, we typically use USPS or UPS. Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-10 business days.
4. International Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries. International orders are typically delivered within 10-25 business days after shipment. Please note that international shipping times can vary significantly due to customs processing in the destination country.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Portable Smart Humidifier is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, unforeseen weather conditions, natural disasters, or customs processing. We will do our best to assist you in tracking your package and resolving any issues, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these addresses can only be shipped via USPS.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@portablesmarthumidifier.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost packages, or immediately upon receipt for damaged packages. Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
9. No Shipping to Restricted Countries
Due to various legal and logistical restrictions, we are unable to ship to certain countries. If your country is on a restricted list, you will be notified during the checkout process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
